SINGAPORE - More than 30,000 runners raced in the Sundown Marathon on Saturday night at the F1 Pit Building (above).
For the first time in the event's seven editions, race organisers included a 1km stretch on the Benjamin Sheares Bridge.
American Russell Ericksen won the men's full marathon in 3hr 3 sec, while Kenya's Susan Jemutai Chepkwony took the women's title in 3:28:33.
In the half-marathon, Kenyan Geoffery Birgen clinched the men's title in 1:14:59, while Singapore's Mok Ying Rong won the women's category in 1:34:06.
