LE MANS, France - Finland's Mika Kallio won his second successive Moto2 race on Sunday as he took the French Grand Prix at Le Mans on Sunday.
The 31-year-old - recording his 15th career win but only third in Moto2 - led home a Kalex 1-2-3 with Italian Simone Corsi and championship leader Esteve Rabat of Spain finishing second and third respectively.
Kallio's win saw him narrow the gap at the top of the standings to just seven points between himself and Rabat (99-92).
Spain's Maverick Vinales is third, but 28 points adrift of Kallio after five races of the championship.
