IT WAS business as usual when Singapore's new-look women's table tennis team kept the country's winning streak in the Commonwealth Games going with a 3-0 triumph over Malaysia in the final yesterday in Glasgow.
Yu Mengyu and Feng Tianwei showed their class in their singles clashes, but the doubles pairing of Lin Ye and Yu had to overcome a strong fight from the Malaysians before they claimed victory.
The women's team had also won gold in the 2010 Delhi Games.
