SEA Games: Good start to title defence

Singapore goalkeeper Eunice Karina Fu saving a penalty, as the hosts opened their SEA Games water polo campaign with a 7-4 win over Indonesia in the round-robin competition.

 

Singapore are expected to retain the women's water polo title, which they won in 2011, the last time the event featured at the biennial meet.

Malaysia beat the Philippines 7-6 in the other match.
