Silat display in honour of Kadir

A group of 15 exponents from the Singapore Silat Federation took to the Jalan Besar Stadium during half-time of on Saturday night's Malaysia Cup match between the LionsXII and Perak, to honour the memory of the late Abdul Kadir Ibrahim.

Singapore's former world champion died suddenly of a heart attack on Aug 16, at the age of 41.

He left behind a wife and six children. His wife is a homemaker and his youngest child is a month old.
