SINGAPORE - The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has announced the finalists for the 2015 Singapore Experience Awards, which honours individuals and organisations for their "exemplary efforts in delivering a holistic customer experience".
The 79 finalists will vie for 25 awards in three main categories: Customer Service, Leisure and MICE Experiences and Marketing & Media. Winners of the top Outstanding Contribution to Tourism and Special Recognition awards will also be unveiled at a ceremony at Raffles City Convention Centre on Oct 21, the STB said in a statement today.
The finalists were identified and selected by a panel of 60 judges from the industry, such as executives from various airlines, hotels, and food and beverage groups.
"Shortlisted finalists embody the spirit of innovation and commitment towards delivering unique and compelling experiences in their offerings," the STB said.
Among these finalists are ION Orchard, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, and Metro Centrepoint, which are contenders for Best Shopping Experience, as well as Ce La Vi Singapore, Forest, Joel Robuchon Restaurant, and Stellar at 1-Altitude, which are in the running for Best Dining Experience.
