AirAsia's Free Seats promotion returns with 3 million seats available

SINGAPORE - Get ready to plan next year's holiday with AirAsia's Free Seats promotion from now till Nov 16, 2014 with 3 million seats up for grabs.

Fly to destinations such as Krabi, Bandung, Langkawi if you are looking for a beach holiday, or indulge in a foodie trail in cities such as Penang and Jakarta.

Looking for a more exotic holiday spot? The promotion also covers cities such as Busan, Chengdu and Yangon.

The flights are offered by AirAsia and its affiliate, AirAsia X, and prices exclude airport tax, fuel surcharge and other applicable fees.

The travel period for this promotion is from June 10, 2015 to Jan 17, 2016.

Siegtraund Teh, AirAsia's group chief commercial officer, said with the addition of two new airlines, Thai AirAsia X and Indonesia AirAsia X, travellers can now go farther by flying from Bangkok and Bali.

She also added that AirAsia has an enhanced list of Fly-Thru city pairs which will enable more efficient connectivity for their customers. Fly-Thru is a service customers can apply for to avoid the immigration process and checking in their baggage again, while taking different flights to a destination.

There are currently 858 Fly-Thru city pairs which customers can take advantage of with this promotion.
