Enjoy 1 free ride at Megazip Adventure Park on Nov 11

SINGAPORE - Singapore residents can enjoy one free zipline ride at Megazip Adventure Park in Sentosa on Nov 11.

MegaZip is the longest and steepest zipline in South-East Asia, and adventure seekers can cover a distance of 450m while travelling at a speed up to 60kph.

Cheekily called "The boss is away" promotion, visitors can enjoy a free ride when presenting their NRIC/FIN cards. The regular price of the zipline ride costs $39.

Those who are participating in the free activity promotion will receive a $22 credit voucher which can be used as payment for any activity or payment for any package at the adventure park.

The voucher is valid till Dec 24, 2014 and not to be combined with "exclusive deals" offered at the park.

The attraction, located at the top of Imbiah Hill, is open from 11am-7pm.

Due to the anticipated high turn-out, the last free entry is expected to be around 5pm, said MegaZip's technical director, Mr Steve Wood.

Paying guests are welcome to visit the attraction up till the park's closing time, but will be asked to wait in line.

The minimum height requirements for a participant is 120cm, and for an accompanied participant is 90cm.

Zipline riders also need to be between 30kg and 140kg to enjoy the ride.

The adventure park also offers other activities such as a high rope adventure course with 36 obstacle routes and has one of the tallest walls for climbing in Singapore.
