Get star-struck with Penguins of Madagascar at Alive Museum

SINGAPORE - Fans of the hit movie Penguins of Madagascar can now "act" with the famous aquatic personalities this holiday season at Alive Museum Singapore.

The illusion museum has partnered with Dreamworks to bring the first-ever movie set exhibition featuring the famed penguin quartet and their friends to Singapore from now till Dec 31.

Visitors to the interactive 4D museum will be able to pose with Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private, and their North Wind team which is led by the gray wolf, Classified, at the actual movie set.

Alive Museum is a popular South Korean illusion museum with branches in China, Thailand and Turkey.

The family-friendly attraction boasts not only realistic 3D sets but also special effects such as videos and wind machines to enhance the photo-taking experience.

Mr Woo Sang Heo, head of the museum's creative division, told The Straits Times that Alive Museum plans to introduce new technologies and concepts every quarter.

The museum currently has more than 70 hand-painted works, said the English daily, and it plans to add 20 more by the end of the year.
