STB suspends A D Travel for failing to settle refunds

SINGAPORE - The Singapore Tourism Board has suspended a tour agency which failed to meet minimum financial requirements mandated under the Travel Agents Regulations.

A D Travel (licence number 02525) has been suspended from conducting travel agent activities until further notice.

STB said in a statement that it had received complaints that A D Travel could not settle agreed refunds.

During the period of suspension, A D Travel is required to fulfil its existing obligations to its customers and will not be allowed to accept new travel bookings.
