474 BTO flats in Bukit Panjang

Another 474 Standard flats will be on offer as the HDB launches Senja Green in Bukit Panjang under the Build-To-Order System today.
These will be comprised of 96 units of 2-room, 94 units of 3-room and 284 units of 4-room flats as part of the total BTO supply of 8,400 units planned for 2008.
Senja Green has easy access to Senja LRT Station, Choa Chu Kang MRT Station, Bukit Panjang Bus Interchange, Kranji Expressway (KJE) and Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) and is bounded by Woodlands Road, Senja Road and Senja Way.
By 2015, residents can look forward to the addition of Downtown Line 2 in Bukit Panjang, which offers commuters even greater accessibility to the rest of the island with significant time savings. Closer to home are various educational facilities, commercial and recreational outfits, neighbourhood parks and open spaces, which meet the daily needs of the residents.
Prices range from $82,000 for a two-room flat to $270,000 for a four-room flat.
