Feet 2 Walk

Date: Every Saturday and Sunday until Dec 2

Enjoy Singapore's natural environments on foot. This series of brisk walking sessions will take you to a different park or nature reserve each week.

Each session is led by a fitness instructor who will dish out tips on how to maximise the health benefit of brisk walking.

Fitness@Work

Date & Venue: Tuesdays at Toa Payoh HDB Hub, Wednesdays at Singapore River Promenade (next to UOB Plaza), Thursdays at National Library Board (Victoria Street). Until Dec 27

Time : 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm

Beat work stress with this one-hour workout session at three accessible locations.

Led by qualified fitness instructors, you will be working out to a exercises such as aerobics, dance, pilates, power steps, kick boxing and body combat. The movements are designed to suit people of all fitness levels.

i-Run

Date : Every Thursday until Dec 13, 2007

Time : 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm

Venue : Starts and ends at Singapore River Promenade, next to UOB Plaza

The i-Run jogging club holds its weekly running session (3-km and 5-km routes) around the CBD area and provides a great opportunity to meet fellow running enthusiasts.

A certified instructor will be your guide and ensure that participants are running at a suitable pace. i-Run members will get to brush up their knowledge on running techniques and prevention of running injuries through a series of clinics.
