FASH FLASH

You've worn the clothes, tried the fragrance and slipped on the shoes.

Now, fans of Esprit can enjoy the brand from head to toe after the Hong Kong-based label unveiled its first salon in Singapore last week at VivoCity.

The 1,800 sq ft in-store salon provides treatments for hair, face and nails as well as image grooming services. The entire boutique occupies 10,000 sq ft.

Salon Esprit also features a hair spa complete with a hair scalp bar offering hair treatments and free scalp analysis.

Other services include manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art as well as hand and feet treatments.

Hair services start from $40 for hair-cuts to $78 for hair treatments and $88 for a perm.

Manicures and pedicures start from $8 and hand or feet spa treatments, like a mandarin honey and white tea spa treatment, start from $10.

Salon Esprit first opened in Hong Kong in 1999.

A branch in Shanghai was next, and plans for a fourth store in Kuala Lumpur are already in the works.

The brand is also opening an 8,400 sq ft outlet at the new Centrepoint extension on Dec 1.

The new store will be four times bigger than its original space in Centrepoint and will house Cafe Esprit, the first Esprit eatery in Singapore.

The new moves, says Eleanor Chin, Esprit's marketing manager, are aimed at differentiating the fashion lifestyle brand from others.
