Wrong to feed child on train?
This reader feels its wrong to feed a child on a train, as it is prohibited to eat and drink. How far should this be followed? -myp

A STOMP contributor was annoyed to find this parent feeding her son on board an MRT train recently.
KT said in an e-mail to the citizen-media website: "I saw this mummy giving her son his breakfast in the train despite all the signs prohibiting eating and drinking.
"She is teaching the boy wrong values. It would not be surprising if he grows up to be an inconsiderate commuter, just like his mum."
