My car has R13/165-175 rims and tyres. Can I change the tyres to R14/175-185?
It is normally alright to up your tyres by one size, from 13" to 14".

It is normally alright to up your tyres by one size, from 13" to 14", as long as the specifications are within your car manufacturer's recommended specification. For details on your car manufacturer's recommended tyre sizes please refer to your car owner's manual.
