Loan-shark runner arrested

A MAN was arrested on Wednesday morning for involvement in loan-shark harassment.

The 24-year-old, believed to be a debtor-turned-runner, had committed several acts of loan-shark harassment by scrawling graffiti and splashing paint in housing estates in the Serangoon North, Hougang, and Ang Mo Kio areas.

The suspect was arrested at his home in Woodlands following investigations by officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division.
