A FEMALE executive was stunned and speechless when a man appeared next to her, unzipped his pants and flashed his private parts, reported Harian Metro.
The incident happened at about 8pm on Monday when the victim was alone in her car at a shopping mall in Puchong.
The victim immediately called her husband before lodging a report at a police station nearby.
Police later arrested a man believed to be responsible for the indecent exposure.
