No order on MOS application
Plaintiff had sought declaration that it was entitled to investigate all the defendants' accounts. -ST
THE High Court made no order on an application by a London-based nightlife company Ministry of Sound International to get Singapore nightclub Ministry of Sound (MoS) and another to disclose certain documents. Ministry of Sound International was ordered to pay costs to MoS, which closed on Oct 4 after three years, and LB Investments, represented by Tan Kok Quan Partnership. The plaintiff had sought a declaration that it was entitled to investigate all the defendants' accounts. But after a day-long hearing behind closed doors on Monday, Justice Kan Ting Chiu decided not to make any order. The application will be consolidated into the main suit which will be heard in February.
