It can generate income for them and prevent exam paper pirates from benefitting. -ST

MY OPINION is that schools should put their past examination papers on their websites and offer them for sale.
This will generate income for schools, which can be used to start a welfare or building fund, or an enrichment class for the needy.
In addition, it will stop piracy and flouting of copyright laws.
