PETALING JAYA, MALAYSIA: Federal Territory PAS Youth wants the Avril Lavigne concert scheduled here on Aug 29 to be cancelled.
Its chief Kamaruzaman Mohamed handed over a memorandum to Kuala Lumpur Datuk Bandar Datuk Hakim Borhan and the Culture, Arts and Heritage Ministry yesterday.
DBKL licensing and enforcement division secretary Shukran Ibrahim said the memorandum would be forwarded to the committee concerned.
