No need for extra pressure

Parents are ultimately responsible for teaching their children what is right and what is wrong.

TEACHERS are the role models for our young and it would be unprofessional of them to dress as they please.

However, it would be plain ridiculous if we do not allow female teachers to wear skirts at all just because of an upskirt photo incident.

I believe most schools have a dress code for their staff.

It is just that the dress code would be more on guidelines, rather than rules that must be strictly adhered to.

I hope parents realise that it is not the teacher's fault when such things happen.

Parents are ultimately responsible for teaching their children what is right and what is wrong.

Already, teachers have a lot to deal with, from teaching to planning co-curricular activities.

They do not need the extra pressure from the public on how they should dress.

I believe that most of our teachers know how to dress for school.
