FINE him but do not jail him because he may not survive in prison.
This was the plea from the lawyer of retail magnate Tang Wee Sung, 55, who yesterday pleaded guilty to organ trading and lying under oath.
Senior Counsel Cavinder Bull spent 21/2 hours detailing Tang's ill health as a reason for not jailing him.
