By huang lijie Two Singapore chefs and another based here have been named among 100 emerging culinary stars in a new gastronomy book, Coco. They are Singaporean chefs Willin Low of Wild Rocket in Upper Wilkie Road and Jereme Leung of the food and beverage (F&B) consultancy Jereme Leung Creative Concepts, and Ryan Clift of the Tippling Club in Dempsey Road. The book is a global survey of culinary talents selected by 10 internationally renowned chefs, including Ferran Adria of El Bulli in Spain, Fergus Henderson of St John in Britain and Alice Waters of Chez Panisse in the United States.
