Oven roasted pear with brie cheese, walnuts and semi-dried tomatoes tossed in honey-mustard dressing

Honey-mustard dressing:
Note: Whisk all ingredients thoroughly. Method 1. Roast quartered pear in oven at 180 degree celsius for 5 mins. 2. Toss pear, brie, semi dried tomatoes and mesclun salad with honey-mustard dressing. 3. Arrange neatly on plate, scatter the walnuts over it and serve.
