Zesty Beef Salad

Recipe for two portions

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of mixed washed salad leaves
  • 250 grams good quality Steak ( Ribeye / Sirloin)

Dressing:

  • Lemon grass 1 stalk
  • Fish sauce 3 dashes
  • 1 red chilli
  • 3 tablespoonful Oil
  • Rind of half an Orange
  • Any citrus juice - 2 tablespoonful

Method

  1. Grill the steak to desired doneness - leave aside to cool for 3 min, cut into thick strips
  2. Toss salad with half the dressing
  3. Top with the grilled steak strips
  4. Pour remaining half of salad dressing on top of steak strips
