Zesty Beef Salad

Recipe for two portions
Ingredients
- 300 grams of mixed washed salad leaves
- 250 grams good quality Steak ( Ribeye / Sirloin)
Dressing:
- Lemon grass 1 stalk
- Fish sauce 3 dashes
- 1 red chilli
- 3 tablespoonful Oil
- Rind of half an Orange
- Any citrus juice - 2 tablespoonful
Method
- Grill the steak to desired doneness - leave aside to cool for 3 min, cut into thick strips
- Toss salad with half the dressing
- Top with the grilled steak strips
- Pour remaining half of salad dressing on top of steak strips
