With Earle Swensen's spreading its wings to the new Changi Airport's Terminal 3 last week, the public as well as travellers can now enjoy premium American fare such as whole lobsters and tenderloin steaks.

Located at Viewing Mall Central on level 4, the restaurant also offers the new charbroiled and grilled items served at its first outlet in VivoCity.

They are part of an enhanced menu which now boasts even more grilled dishes, sandwiches, burgers and sundaes. Apart from more than 15 new charbroiled and grilled items, there is also additional variety in the popular buffet salad bar, which can be enjoyed on its own or with a main course.
