Cirque du Soleil returns to Singapore this July

Canadian theatrical troupe Cirque du Soleil will return to Singapore this July with their new production, KOOZA.

The performance will debut in the troupe's signature blue and yellow Big Top from July 12 on Bayfront Avenue, next to Marina Bay Sands.

KOOZA, which first premiered in Montreal in 2007, showcases an international cast of 50 acrobats, musicians, singers and actors from 19 different countries.

It will be Cirque du Soleil's fifth production under the Big Top to be staged in Singapore after Saltimbanco in 2000, Alegria in 2002, Quidam in 2005 and Totem in 2015.

The KOOZA story follows "The Innocent" who represents the child within us all, as he takes a journey of self-discovery through a kingdom of eccentric characters, electrifying thrills and out-of-the-box surprises.

Tickets are on sale from $88 with a booking fee of $4 per ticket.

Bookings can be made online at Sistic, via telephone at 6348 5555 or in person at the Big Top.
