South Korean actor Lee Min-ho has topped Japan's Oricon daily chart once again with his second album on Sunday, his agency Starhaus Entertainment said.
The heartthrob took the No. 1 slot on Oricon's daily album chart with his full-length record "Song for You," composed of five songs including the eponymous title track. The album was released on Oct 9.
His previous album "My Everything" also topped the chart when it was released in May 2013.
He made the two commemoration albums only to please fans, he said, not to expand his career into singing. No promotional activities or TV appearances for the album are scheduled.
Lee is slated to perform the songs off the album live at his "Re:Minho" global fan meetings that kicked off in Beijing on Oct 4. He plans to hold a two-day show in Japan from Oct 12, continuing the tour in Asian cities including Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai and ending in Korea.
Lee became a household name across Asia for his lead role as Gu Jun-pyo in the hit 2009 drama "Boys Over Flowers."
