He is notorious for disrupting celebrity events with public pranks.
Serial red carpet pest Vitalii Sediuk struck again - this time at the Cannes film festival in France.
The occasion: The premiere of How to Train Your Dragon 2 at The Palais des Festivals on Friday.
Mr Sediuk ran onto the carpet where he lay on the ground and put his head under US actress America Ferrera's voluminous white dress as she posed for pictures with her co-stars, the Mail Online reported.
Security personnel pounced on him and dragged him away.
Ferrera, known for her starring role in TV series Ugly Betty, was horrified but calm.
Her co-stars, including Kit Harington and Cate Blanchett, were not impressed. They looked on in disgust at Mr Sediuk.
As security escorted him away, he attempted to hold on to Ferrera's foot.
He had a credentials pass around his neck but it is unclear how exactly he managed to get into the prestigious event, especially considering his reputation.
This is the third time this year he has crashed the red carpet.
In January, he ambushed US actor Bradley Cooper at the Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, hugging the actor's crotch.
In February, he did the same thing to US actor Leonardo DiCaprio at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, the New York Daily News reported.
Last year, Mr Sediuk attempted to crash pop star Adele's acceptance speech at the Grammys, appearing onstage before presenter Jennifer Lopez deftly cut him off.
He was charged with trespassing and spent the night in jail for his offence.
In 2012, Hollywood star Will Smith slapped him after he attempted to kiss the star at the Russian premiere of Men in Black III.
It is not clear who Mr Sediuk, a Ukrainian, is working for at any given time, the Washington Post reported.
In 2012, he was affiliated with Russia Life News and last year, he was apparently presenting himself as a Eurovision correspondent.
