Movie pick: Delivery Man (PG13)

SINGAPORE- In his latest comedy, he's the hapless, underachieving slacker David Wozniak, whose performance will probably bring out the empathy in us all as he deals with a very far-fetched, freaky situation.

As he prepares to become a first-time father with his pregnant police officer girlfriend (Cobie Smulders), he receives some radically absurd news - that he's fathered more than 500 children from sperm donations that he made while in school.

It doesn't stop there, as 142 of them are adamant on finding out the true identity of "Starbuck", the pseudonym Wozniak used.

You have to admit, it's a comical premise from the get-go. It's like playing "what if" with your friends just for kicks, except Delivery Man presents the subsequent actions and reactions for you.
