EMINEM FEATURING RIHANNA - THE MONSTER

With Barbadian pop star and guest vocalist Rihanna as his therapist, US rapper Eminem - in yet another collaboration with her - revisits infamous moments and key points in his life and career as words like "violence", "family" and "addiction" flash on the television screen.

It ends with the real Slim Shady coming face-to-face with a caged "monster", also known as Eminem's alternate, more destructive self. Talk about confronting your demons.

MILEY CYRUS - ADORE YOU

Just when we thought the US pop star could not possibly be more scantily-clad, she proves us wrong. In just a translucent, nude bra-and-panty combo, she acts out every seduction technique there is in the book.

Sexily running her thumb down her tongue and lip - check. Touch herself all over - check. Writhe between the sheets and then, umm, lick them - check.

If she meant to distract us enough from this mediocre song, it certainly did the trick.

JOHN MAYER FEATURING KATY PERRY - WHO YOU LOVE

After the Kimye romp atop a motorcycle in Kanye West's music video for Bound 2 and the Jay Z-Beyonce beach rendezvous in her video for Drunk in Love, real-life couple Perry and Mayer were not to be outdone and appeared together in the music video for their ballad duet Who You Love.

It sees the US singers riding a bull, calling to mind comparisons to Bound 2.

"I thought our response was a little bit more authentic because my hair was blowing in the right direction though," Perry recently joked on The Ellen DeGeneres Show when asked if their video was a response to Bound 2.
