Don't Really Care - Demi Lovato

The video is all about her performing at a gay pride parade in Hollywood. It’s a beautiful sunny day and everyone is dressed in rainbow colours, and there’s a lot of prancing, gyrating and fist-pumping. The US actress-singer is the only one in black — except for this one group of fat dudes — and she seems to be trying to take command of the whole event. Sorry, but I don’t know if anyone’s really buying it.

Somethin' Bad - Miranda Lambert ft Carrie Underwood

US country superstars Lambert and Underwood don’t look very dangerous to me, but that doesn’t mean they can’t play at being “bad”. The song — destined to become a pole-dancing classic — seems to be about a real-life Thelma & Louise. The video picks up on this theme as the two gals gamble, ride motorcycles, rob a bank and then fly away in a helicopter. Someone must stop these rambunctious womenfolk.

Get Her Back - Robin Thicke

I’m not convinced that Thicke is a very bright guy. This clip is apparently a plea to his estranged actress-wife Paula Patton to come back to him, but then there’s this naked girl in it who has her hands all over the US singer. Isn’t this the kind of thing she left him for in the first place? What a dummy. Anyway, it also features little pop-up messages, SMSes that the couple apparently sent to one another during the break-up. Something tells me we’re not seeing the nastiest examples.
