Boy, it's hard to be both rich and happy in the drama world.

With servants at your beck and call, and more money than you can spend, surely, happiness should follow.

But, no, things keep spiralling out of control for the two male protagonists in these two dramas.

First up is Incarnation Of Money, a cynical take on Korean society where corruption within the public service is put under the microscope.

Lee Cha Don (Kang Ji Hwan) loses everything following an act of revenge against his father, which leaves the latter dead and his wife in a psychiatric cell.

To cover up their tracks, the criminals - bound together by their lust for money - send hitmen to get rid of Lee, but fail to kill him.

Years later, he is posted to a special-branch police unit - which is funded by dubious money - as a trainee prosecutor. Here, he is embroiled again in a game of power and money with the very men responsible for his earlier predicament.

Shrouded in mystery and intrigue, the melodrama hooks you as you find yourself second-guessing the motives of each character.
