Rihanna booed by fans for being late

Trust Rihanna to show up late for her own party.

The Barbadian pop star was booed by waiting fans at her Adelaide concert last Thursday when she finally appeared after an hour and 20 minutes.

The 25-year-old talked about taking "a long, long time to get back to Australia", but there was no further apology during the concert.

"Adelaide what the **** ...I'm finally here... and I now remember how crazy my Australian fans are," she told the audience at the start of her show.

Rihanna, who is currently on her Diamonds World Tour, was also tardy in Perth two days before, turning up 40 minutes late.
