Fans of Robbie Williams would be disappointed to learn that the South East Asia leg of his' Let Me Entertain You' tour has been scrapped.

A statement from ie:music and Midas Promotions Ltd said the cancellation was due to issues outside of the artists' control and that those who had bought tickets would get a full refund.

The concerts are supposed to be held in Beijing, Shanghai, Malaysia and Bangkok in September, and Singapore in October. The Australian leg of his tour is unaffected and will proceed as planned.

For fans who have already bought tickets for the Singapore show, here's how they would be refunded.

- Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be automatically credited to the same card without the need to return the ticket.

- Customers who bought tickets using cash or NETS are required to present their NRIC /Passport / FIN at the Singapore Indoor Stadium box office for cash refund.
