'Several hundred refunds' issued for Jay Chou's concert after postponement: Report

SINGAPORE - "Several hundred" refunds have been issued to concertgoers for Taiwanese pop star Jay Chou's rescheduled concert in Dec 27, reported The Straits Times.

The paper quoted concert organiser Multimedia Entertainment as saying that tickets are now available across all categories from $108 to $338.

It was announced on Oct 17 that Chou's Nov 8 concert at the National Stadium will be postponed till Dec 27.

According to The Straits Times report on Friday, several concertgoers said the new date will clash with their holiday plans during the year-end.

The Singapore leg of the Opus 2 Jay 2014 World Tour will take place at 8pm.

Original tickets will be valid for use on the new date, while refund requests must be made by Nov 9.
