Director James Wan's winning streak has crossed over to Singapore.
The Conjuring, which was a box-office winner in the US, is now Singapore's No. 1 horror film of all time with an impressive box-office earnings of $2,731,505. The Sixth Sense has held on to that title since 1999 with $2,729, 527..
Meanwhile, Wan is celebrating the release of his latest horror, Insidious: Chapter 2, which made it to the top of the US box office with a haul of US$40.3 million (S$50.8 million) last weekend.
Insidious: Chapter 2 opens here on Oct 3.
