Is K-pop star-actress Suzy Bae dating her co-star, Sung Joon, from period drama Gu Family Book?

On Friday, when news about the 19-year-old's possible romance broke, a staff member from the drama uploaded a photo from the show's set along with a message: "Is this the birth of a Gu Family Book couple? There probably aren't many people who noticed as quickly as I did, heh."

Bae, who is a member of gal group Miss A, and Sung have not made any comment.
