Vivian Hsu sparks pregnancy rumours with recent photo

SINGAPORE - Singer Vivian Hsu sparked pregnancy rumours looking visibly chubbier in a photo of her and her mum in Singapore recently.

According to Asian Pop News, the photo showed the 39-year-old Hsu dressed in a loose, grey shirt and with barely any make-up.

Chinese media and fans suspect that Hsu might be pregnant even though her manager has denied the pregnancy rumours, added the entertainment news site.

Her manager said, "Vivian has been looking after her health and has been eating healthily. She is not as thin as what she used to look."

Some netizens have not taken to her recent appearance kindly.

One user remarked: "My goodness. This set of clothes make you look so fat."

To which the Taiwanese singer replied: "That's right. I look almost like my mum!"

Hsu's mother and sister visited her in Singapore this week. She posted photos of them visiting various attractions in Sentosa including Madame Tussauds Singapore.

Vivian Hsu and her husband, a Singapore-based Indonesian, are currently living in Singapore. The couple tied the knot last year.
