US pop star Lady Gaga, 27, recently unveiled life-size silicon dolls in her likeness and dressed in flamboyant costumes at a Tokyo press conference.
Japanese industrial and design companies teamed with her record label to create the Gagadoll - inspired by her new Artpop album - which emits music and messages from its chest.
The prototypes are currently not for sale.
Gaga was also in the country to raise funds for the victims of the 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
