CHINA - A gruesome case has been making headlines in China, where a young girl from Shandong province, Weifang city was brutally raped, murdered and dismembered by her teacher while on her way home.
NetEase reported that 15-year-old Xiao Min went missing on August 17, 2013, leading her parents to call the police.
Intensive investigations later revealed the perpetrator to be Xiao Min's junior high mathematics teacher, who had 'deceived' her into going back to the junior high school she had graduated from.
There, he violently raped her, before killing and dismembering her. Her father said Xiao Min did not resist, but the teacher used a pillow to smother her to death. He then smashed her head into pieces before cooking it in a pot for some time.
The teacher then cut her body up into smaller pieces and left them in several different locations. The police and Xiao Min's family had to spend several days recovering each part of her body one by one.
According to reports, the girl was an adorable child with exceptionally good grades. She had been accepted into a prestigious senior high school by scoring 794 points in her finals - the highest score in the entire school.
