7-year-old boy found dead at foot of a Tampines HDB block; police investigating

"On 13 September 2014 at about 1.02pm, Police received a call for assistance along Tampines Ave 4.

Upon police's arrival, the body of a boy, believed to be 7-years-old, was found lying motionless at the foot of a block. The boy was pronounced dead by paramedics at scene.

Police have classified the case as Unnatural Death. Investigations are ongoing."
