Nine people between the ages of 22 and 66 were arrested for operating or gambling at an illegal gambling den in a commercial property along Upper Paya Lebar Road, on May 7.
The police and officers from the Criminal Investigation Department's Specialised Crime Branch raided the commercial unit in a 5-hour operation.
The police also seized 18 modified computers and $1,280 in cash.
Investigations against the suspects are ongoing.
If found guilty of managing a gaming house, the suspects can be fined between $5,000 and $50,000 and/or jailed up to 3 years.
If found guilty of gambling in a gaming house they can be fined up to $5,000 and/or jailed up to 3 months.
