92 arrested, $21k worth of drugs seized in police bust

SINGAPORE - Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) launched a crackdown on drugs in an island-wide operation from July 15 to July 19.

CNB officers arrested a total of 92 suspected drug offenders.

Drugs worth more than $21,000 were seized, including about 200 grams of heroin, small amounts of cannabis, Erimin-5 tablets and 'Ice'.

The operation was at Bedok, Beo Crescent, Boon Lay, Bukit Batok, Dakota Crescent, Eunos, Geylang, Ghim Moh, Marsiling, North Bridge Road, Taman Jurong, Toa Payoh, Woodlands and Yishun.

Investigations are on-going.
