Appeal for information on man in obscene act case

SINGAPORE - The police are looking for the man shown in the photograph to assist with investigations into a case of Obscene Act which occurred in the vicinity of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4 on Sept 5 at about 2.35pm.
The man is believed to be in his fifties with grey hair, white moustache and a short beard. He was last seen wearing a white Jacket and black shorts.
