Appeal for missing person last seen at Hougang Ave 9

SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 57-year-old Lee Soon Heng.
He was last seen at Blk 924 Hougang Ave 9 on Oct 27, 2013 at about 10pm.
Mr. Lee Soon Heng is about 1.68 m tall, of medium build. He has a fair complexion and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans.
