ATMs: Dispense smaller notes

I have observed that many ATMs of local banks have started to dispense only $50 notes.

This amount is a huge sum for students and low-income earners. Some of us do not need such a large amount at one go, while others may not even have that much money in their accounts.

Most of our daily expenses do not amount to so much, and electronic payment methods allow us to pay for more costly items without having to use cash.

Local banks should give consumers the option of withdrawing smaller notes, especially in school zones and public housing estates.
