Bear-y good way to help others

SINGAPORE - To help the People's Association (PA) raise $250,000 for the President's Challenge, adopt a bear for $10 and decorate it.

President Tony Tan Keng Yam and PA chief executive Ang Hak Seng showed the way at the HDB Hub in Toa Payoh yesterday.

Beneficiaries include student Deeban Sathasivam, 15.
