Bedok Jetty case: Mum accused of son's murder to undergo psychiatric assessment
Lim Ann Nee was rescued by Police Coast Guard officers from the waters off East Coast Park

District Judge Eddy Tham said that he will write to the Institute of Mental Health to ask its psychiatrists to expedite the assessment. Her case will be mentioned again on Jan 7. The judge also allowed Lim's husband, Mr Sebastien Lacroix and her brother, to talk to her at the lock-up of the Subordinate Courts in Havelock Road. Mr Lacroix declined comment when approached by reporters.
