A female body was found in waters near Yishun Dam, located&nbsp;along Yishun Ave 1,&nbsp;on Friday morning.Channel News Asia reported that Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers responded to a call for assistance at 9.45am. An abulance, fire engine and a Red Rhino were dispatched to the scene. &nbsp;According to Lianhe Wanbao, the body, clad in black, was brought to shore by officers.
